If you mean "wipe" all your quests as in reset them all so you can do them again, that won't be possible.
HOWEVER, if you mean "wipe" all ACTIVE quests, then you can do that via the command /q cancel *

I ment "wipe" as in cancel my quests for me, becuase the /q cancel command is not working for me

If you do the command I sent, /q cancel * and include the asterisk, it will cancel all active quests.
